Skanska, one of the world’s leading project development and construction groups has successfully piloted a revolutionary new technology developed by Spaceti in their UK head office at Maple Cross House.
Spaceti is a pioneer in the application of fully integrated location based IoT hardware and software technology for buildings. The mission of Spaceti is to provide tools to radically change how people interact with buildings which leads to greater levels of safety and wellbeing of the occupiers and enables more efficient service delivery for operators. Spaceti has operations in Prague (HQ), London, Zurich, and Berlin.

The innovative solution combined a range of real-time location based sensors, mobile app and web dashboard.
The benefits to Skanska during the pilot included the following:

Skanska now intends to scale to full deployments across multiple buildings in the UK. these new deployments to be delivered by Skanska and Spaceti in upcoming months.
