The Bournemouth and Poole Landlord Exhibition, now in its 10th year, has announced holiday and professional accommodation specialists, Smart Home Rentals as their 2017 Headline Sponsor. Welcoming over 550 landlords from across the local area, the Bournemouth and Poole Landlord Exhibition is a free event taking place on Wednesday 18th October from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Bournemouth International Centre (Tregonwell Hall).
Over the years, the Bournemouth and Poole Landlord Exhibition has grown into the South West's premier exhibitions for current and prospective landlords. Featuring industries leading experts, the event provides landlords with the information and tools they need to continue to succeed in the challenging market of 2017.

Originally named Bournemouth Beaches, Smart Home Rentals was founded by two friends in 2007. At the time, it appeared that the market for rented holiday accommodation was not well served in the local area and the partnership sought to fill this niche. The company now offers holiday lettings, residential lettings and sales services across the South Coast. In addition, they also provide in-house laundry, cleaning and a troubleshooting team service, plus 24/7 out of hours support and extended opening hours.
The Bournemouth & Poole Landlord Exhibition is organised by Seventa Events in conjunction with Bournemouth Borough Council and Borough of Poole Council. It is free to attend and is a great example of local councils working together to support local business. With the area's universities and colleges attracting students from across the UK and further afield and more people looking to rent rather than buy, the private rental sector is an important and expanding sector of the business community. With 6 guest speakers and some 65 exhibitors, it is expected to attract hundreds of current and potential landlords.
